There’s something about the arrival of fall that naturally encourages us to slow down, reflect, and appreciate the journey we’ve taken throughout the year. As we enter the final months of 2026, I’ve been thinking about how much can change in a relatively short period of time, from the milestones we celebrate to the unexpected challenges that remind us of what truly matters.
Change is something we all experience, both personally and financially. While we can’t always anticipate what life has in store, we can be thoughtful about how we prepare, adapt, and move forward. It’s a perspective that feels especially meaningful to me this season and one that inspired the theme of our latest quarterly newsletter: financial resilience.
In this edition, I share some thoughts on what it means to build financial resilience, not simply as a way to prepare for uncertainty, but as an opportunity to create a financial life that continues to reflect your values, relationships, and aspirations as they evolve. Jay also offers his perspective on the third quarter’s market activity, exploring the economic developments shaping today’s investment landscape and the importance of keeping a long-term outlook.
We’re also sharing a few updates from the Flourish team, including our recent experience at the Future Proof 2026 Conference and some personal reflections from the past few months.
As always, I’m incredibly grateful for the relationships we’ve built within the Flourish community and the opportunity to be part of your financial journey. I hope this newsletter encourages you to reflect on your own priorities, appreciate how far you’ve come, and look toward the next chapter with intention.
