In this episode, we discuss the potentially volatile period we are currently facing in the economy and in the markets. The U.S. government is walking the tightrope between the competing ideas of spending and saving, with a contentious political environment in the mix, too. The U.S. has never defaulted on its debt because Congress has always taken bipartisan action to avoid it.
