Flourish Wealth Management Celebrates 10th Anniversary by Giving Back

Flourish Wealth Management is excited to announce the firm’s 10th anniversary and plans to celebrate by giving back to the community. The female-owned wealth management firm, founded in 2014 by financial advisor, author, and speaker Kathy Longo, is an independent boutique wealth management firm in the greater Minneapolis area. Flourish’s unique take on financial planning and wealth management means each client is encouraged to focus on the personal side of money, clarifying their core values, communicating about money matters with loved ones, and understanding their personal money story.

While the firm will officially celebrate a decade in business in April of 2024, the Flourish team plans to have a year-long celebration, including monthly team-building events and special episodes of the Flourish Financially with Kathy Longo podcast. We will also be participating in a service event that we will share more news about in the coming months.

“One of the things that has made this firm successful over the last decade is our commitment to our five core values, one of which is to take meaningful actions that lead to positive change,” says Longo. “As a team, we plan to embody this more than ever this year, and we’re inviting our clients to join us in supporting our community through emergency food access.”

This volunteer event will incorporate client appreciation elements as well, in recognition of the women, families, and individuals who have trusted Flourish to build their financial plans to incorporate personal values, resources, and goals.

“I founded this firm because I believed there was a better way to serve clients,” Longo explains. “I wanted to empower women, who are underrepresented in money conversations, develop a values-based financial planning process, and serve people looking for support and connection points during life transitions. And I could not be more grateful for the clients who have trusted us these past 10 years.”
